Our engagement begins with: Studio Designer Training, & Optimization if needed; Financial Deep Dive & Clean Up.
Studio Training if Needed: Over 6-12 weeks we provide Studio Designer training to help you adapt the platform to your firm’s unique needs. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge to navigate Studio Designer like a true pro
Deep Dive: We’ll conduct a thorough analysis of your financial data. We will reconcile accounts and identify opportunities for improved profitability. This process often reveals gaps in revenue recognition, tax strategy, and operational efficiency, allowing us to develop targeted solutions.

Once we have access to your accounts, have you set up and running in Studio, and have completed our financial deep dive, we will begin to take on many of the ongoing support needs that your firm has. Depending on your Service Tier we’ll provide a range of services delivered at Tier-specific frequencies.
