Paola Franco

Paola Franco joined NAFC in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in finance and operations within the luxury interior design industry. At Michael Smith Inc., she spent nearly 10 years as Finance and Operations Manager, serving as a vital link between the Design Team and Finance Department. During her tenure, she also contributed to the accounting processes for the Jasper Showroom and Jasper Fabrics and Furniture. Paola played a pivotal role in training the Design Team on Studio Designer and developing key operational procedures for the firm. She also managed inventory and oversaw the processing of auction purchases through major auction houses in the U.S. and worldwide, further enhancing her expertise in high-value asset management. Additionally, she managed licensing deal contracts, showcasing her expertise in navigating and negotiating complex agreements.

Paola’s extensive background with one of the nation’s most prominent interior designers provides her with a unique perspective on business, blending financial acumen with operational efficiency. Outside of NAFC, she owns a boutique Event Planning & Design company, where she curates a select number of weddings each year. As a business owner, Paola deeply values reliable financial systems, SOPS, and data-driven strategies. In her free time, she loves spending time with her daughter and attending electronic music festivals, embracing creativity both professionally and personally.
